IT Procurement in Florida

Florida Managed IT Group provides IT Procurement for Florida businesses across 10 counties: hardware sourced, imaged, and warrantied. A new hire’s laptop, email, and access are ready before they start. This is for offices hiring, refreshing, or retiring machines on a calendar. Start with a free IT assessment.

What’s included

IT Procurement quotes and sources the agreed models, images them to the hardware standard, and retires the machine that is leaving.

  • Quote and source of the agreed models
  • Imaging to the standard you (or we) own
  • Asset tag / warranty record
  • Joiner package: laptop + mail + access before start date
  • Retirement / wipe of the machine that is leaving
  • We do not list vendor partner logos we do not have
  • Written scope before work starts
  • Month-to-month after that — if it is not working, you leave
  • Projects (a migration, a new office, cabling) scoped separately from the monthly number

Who IT Procurement is for

IT Procurement is for Florida businesses in the 10 counties listed below that are hiring, refreshing, or retiring hardware on a calendar. One-time projects are fine; ongoing management is optional.

How IT Procurement works

  1. Assessment. Who is starting, what is dying, which image is the standard.
  2. Quote and image. Models, warranty, image.
  3. Hand-off. Device + mail + access before day one; wipe on the way out.

What does IT Procurement include in Florida?

IT Procurement in Florida is quote and source of the agreed models, imaging to the standard you or we own, an asset tag and warranty record, and a joiner package so laptop, mail, and access are ready before day one. Retirement is a wipe of the machine that is leaving. No vendor logos we do not have. Written scope. Month-to-month. Projects scoped separately.

Florida coverage

Florida Managed IT Group works across 10 counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Sarasota, Orange, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Lee. City pages are rolling out. Until a city URL is live, the names below go to the service areas hub.

What does “imaged and ready” mean for a new hire?

It means the laptop is on the standard image, mail and access are provisioned, and the machine is tagged and on the warranty record before day one — not a sealed box on a desk. The same desk that images it already knows the user, the groups, and the switch port. A machine you already bought can be imaged if it is in the written project.

Frequently asked questions

What is IT Procurement?

IT Procurement is quote, source, image, and retire: the agreed models, an asset tag and warranty record, and a joiner package so laptop, mail, and access are ready before day one. Florida Managed IT Group delivers it across 10 Florida counties. The page above lists what is in the monthly scope and what is a separate project. We do not list vendor partner logos we do not have.

Which parts of Florida do you cover?

Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Sarasota, Orange, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Lee. City pages will live under /service-areas/. Until those URLs exist, use the service areas hub or contact us. That is the same 10-county footprint as the rest of the practice — Tampa Bay through Orlando and South Florida. We do not add counties we do not work.

How do you charge?

One monthly number for the stack we agree on. Projects — a migration, a new office, cabling, a phone cutover — are scoped separately. We do not publish a price list on this page. Ask for the written scope and the monthly number on the first call. Hardware, imaging, and net-new closets are not hidden inside that number. If you only want a project, we will say so.

Are we locked in?

Month-to-month. If it is not working, you leave. Ask for the agreement on the first call. There is no lock-in on the monthly engagement and no multi-year hostage note. Projects stay on their own line. We will not invent a termination fee on this page. Read the agreement before you sign.

How do we start?

Request a free IT assessment or use contact us. We will not put a phone number on this page until we have a real one to publish. Tell us the county and the stack. We inventory what is in scope. You leave with a written next step, not a slogan. No click-to-call until a real number exists.

Do you only sell one brand?

We quote the models in the standard. We do not put a vendor badge on this page. The hardware standard is yours or ours — one SKU list across the 10 counties, not twelve laptop models. Buy, lease, or a monthly hardware line can be discussed; we will not publish unit prices here. Show the quote. Name the warranty.

Can you image a machine we already bought?

Yes, if it is in the written project. Imaging to the standard you or we own is the job, whether we sourced the box or you did. A new hire’s laptop, email, and access still need to be ready before they start. A machine that is leaving still needs a wipe. We will not invent a same-day spare we have not scoped.

Tell us the county and the stack. We will not publish a phone number or a response-time badge on this page.
