Microsoft 365 Management in Florida

Florida Managed IT Group provides Microsoft 365 Management for Florida offices: tenant, mail, identities, and devices as one stack. The same desk that answers the ticket also owns the licenses and the conditional-access rules. Ten counties. Start with a free IT assessment.

What’s included

Microsoft 365 Management is tenant, mail, identity, and device work as one stack — not a license page and not a set-and-forget tenant.

  • Tenant administration (licenses, groups, sharing defaults)
  • Mail (Exchange Online) and the usual anti-phish controls we actually turn on
  • Identity: MFA, conditional access, joiner/leaver
  • Device management for the Windows / mobile fleet in scope
  • SharePoint / OneDrive structure when it is part of the agreement
  • Monthly review of licenses you are paying for and not using
  • Written scope before work starts
  • Month-to-month after that — if it is not working, you leave
  • Projects (a migration, a new office, cabling) scoped separately from the monthly number

Who Microsoft 365 Management is for

Offices living in Microsoft 365 that want the tenant managed, not just licensed. This is for Florida businesses in the 10 counties listed below — including healthcare, legal, and finance offices we already serve — whose people work in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Fully managed or co-managed. Not a fit: a company that only wants a one-time break-fix visit and no ongoing scope.

How Microsoft 365 Management works

  1. Assessment. You request a free IT assessment. We inventory the stack that is in scope. Nothing is “assumed monitored.”
  2. Written scope. You get a monthly number for the agreed stack. Projects are separate line items. Ask for the SLA document on that call — we do not publish times we cannot keep.
  3. Desk + plan. The US-based desk takes tickets against that scope. The plan (what to buy, what to retire) is written down. Month-to-month.

Frequently asked questions

What is Microsoft 365 Management?

Microsoft 365 Management is tenant, mail, identity, and device administration as one stack, not a license reseller page. Florida Managed IT Group delivers it across 10 Florida counties. The page above lists what is in the monthly scope and what is a separate project. The same US-based desk that answers the ticket also owns the licenses and the conditional-access rules.

Which parts of Florida do you cover?

Florida Managed IT Group covers Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Sarasota, Orange, Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Lee. City pages will live under the service-areas hub. Until those URLs exist, use the service areas page or contact us. Microsoft 365 Management is remote tenant work plus the same ten-county onsite footprint as the rest of the practice. City names link to the hub so they do not 404.

How do you charge?

One monthly number for the stack we agree on. Projects — a migration, a new office, cabling, a phone cutover — are scoped separately. We do not publish a price list on this page. Microsoft 365 Management is billed against the tenant and the devices in scope. Ask for the number on the assessment; we will not invent a per-seat rate or CSP discount here.

Are we locked in?

Month-to-month. If it is not working, you leave. Ask for the agreement on the first call. Microsoft 365 Management has no multi-year lock on this page because we do not sell one. You keep the Microsoft agreement unless we say otherwise in writing. The monthly number covers the agreed tenant work; a migration is a project.

How do we start?

Request a free IT assessment or use the contact-us form. We will not put a phone number on this page until we have a real one to publish. The assessment inventories the tenant, mail, identities, and devices in scope. You then get a written monthly number. Nothing is assumed managed until that scope is signed.

Do you take over our tenant?

We administer the tenant in scope. You keep the Microsoft agreement unless we say otherwise in writing. Co-managed offices can keep tenant owner with internal IT; we take hardening, licenses, and the queue. Fully managed offices let the same desk own the ticket and the conditional-access rules. Either way, the split is written before work starts.

Is backup of mail and OneDrive included?

Only if it is in the scope. Microsoft’s recycle bin is not a backup. Retention and a point-in-time restore are different products. We will name the backup jobs in the written plan or we will say they are a project. Do not assume Exchange Online or OneDrive are covered because the tenant is licensed.

Tell us the county and the stack. We will not publish a phone number or a response-time badge on this page.
